Lest We Forget Heart Memorial Plaque with Ground Spike – Soldier & Poppy Remembrance Design, Gold

Create a meaningful place of remembrance with our Lest We Forget heart memorial plaque. Featuring a soldier silhouette, vibrant red poppies, birds and a distant ruined landscape, this heart-shaped tribute offers a thoughtful way to honour service, remember fallen soldiers or commemorate a loved one who served.

Choose from brushed gold or brushed silver acrylic finishes, complemented by contrasting black artwork, colour UV-printed poppies and the inscription “Lest We Forget”.

A Thoughtful Tribute for a Remembrance Garden

Place your memorial plaque in a garden border, flower bed or suitable graveside planting area to create a peaceful space for reflection. The pointed black ground spike allows the plaque to be inserted into suitable soil, making it a fitting addition beside remembrance flowers or near a memorial bench.

Whether displayed throughout the year or chosen to mark Remembrance Sunday or Armistice Day, the soldier and poppy design provides a meaningful expression of remembrance.

Durable Acrylic with a Metallic-Effect Finish

Made from durable acrylic, this remembrance garden plaque has a brushed metallic appearance in your choice of gold or silver. The black soldier silhouette and landscape contrast with the background, while the red UV-printed poppies add colour and detail.

The heart-shaped plaque, decorative inscription panel and black ground spike form a coordinated memorial display.
